With Exit Planning for Business Owners, Jason delivers content that is valuable for all business owners, covering a range of topics starting with the psychology of a seller, what it truly means to sell your business, and the impact it will have on the owner, the employees, the brand, and their family. From there, Jason goes into topics unique to business sales, introducing many concepts that are not taught in MBA programs including all of the factors that affect a seller’s proceeds in a sale. This content is offered in two formats based on the type of organization he is presenting to and the amount of time they have allotted.
Lasting 30 minutes to an hour, the Exit Planning 101 course covers an overview of being prepared for a sale.
